Before he could ask the man how he had ended up in that situation, a strong magical power manifested from the three mystic weapons. Although he should have been terrified of the menacing shadow before him, he did not falter and protected the man and the boy until the very end. Following this battle, he decided to join the boy and the scholar in their travels, but no one really knows what motivated him to do this.
